Where are you located?

  • We’re inside Downtown Shops @ 53 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. [Directions]

What are your hours?

  • Sunday: Closed, Mon-Fri 12pm-6pm and Sat 11am-6pm
  • Fridays stay open to ~8:30pm during Downtown Night Out (summer season, weather permitting).

Is there parking nearby?

  • Yes—street parking on Main Street plus nearby municipal lots. Look for short walks to the Downtown Shops entrance. Here’s parking information for the downtown Toms River area.

Ordering & Lead Times

How do I place an order?

Do you offer online checkout?

  • For now we use quick forms and phone/email to confirm details—easier for custom and seasonal items.

How far in advance should I order?

  • For most custom projects, plan on 5–10 business days. Large or highly branded orders may need more time. Need it sooner? Ask—we’ll try to help.

Do you accept rush orders?

  • Often, yes. Availability depends on the calendar and the complexity—call us and we’ll check.

Can I reserve holiday items?

  • Yes, holiday pages will show pre-order windows and cutoff dates (December weekends fill fast).

Pickup or delivery?

  • Pickup at 53 Main Street is standard. Limited local delivery may be possible for larger/bulk or corporate orders – please inquire.

Custom, Events & Corporate

What custom items can you make?

  • Logo chocolates, event favors, themed assortments, party trays, gift boxes, and seasonal items (e.g., strawberries in season). Request custom orders here >

What file types do you accept for logos?

  • Upload PNG/JPG; vector (SVG/AI/PDF) is best for crisp branding. We’ll match ribbon/label colors as closely as possible.

Is there a minimum order for custom/branding?

Minimums vary by item. Tell us your quantity and budget and we’ll propose options.

Do you do wedding, shower, or milestone favors?

  • Yes—popular choices include logo coins/bars, mini boxes, and coordinated ribbons/tags.

Do you offer corporate gifts?

  • Yes—client and employee gifts, branded chocolates, kitting, and bulk pickup. Ask for our Corporate Gift Quote.

Do you wholesale or support fundraisers?

  • We consider select wholesale and community programs. Share details and we’ll follow up.

Products, Ingredients & Allergens

What kind of chocolate do you use?

  • Premium European-style chocolate—smooth and creamy—in milk, dark, and white varieties.

Do you have nut-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free options?

  • We make items that do not include nuts/gluten/dairy; however, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Cross-contact is possible. If you have severe allergies, please call us before ordering.

Are your products kosher/halal/vegan?

  • We are not currently certified. Some items may align with certain preferences; ask us and we’ll advise.

Do you make chocolate-covered strawberries and caramel apples?

  • Yes—these are fresh, short-shelf-life items and typically by pre-order. Availability varies by season and weather.

Which items are customer favorites?

  • Our original Crancherry Clusters, expanded cluster flavors (Blueberry, Sea Salt Pistachio, Cinnamon Apple Pie), and our nostalgic Crisp Treat line: Chocolate Éclair, Strawberry Shortcake, Toasted Almond, and Orange Creamsicle.

Care & Storage

How should I store my chocolates?

  • Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odors (ideally 60–70°F). Avoid the fridge unless necessary; condensation can cause sugar bloom.

How long will they stay fresh?

  • Most boxed chocolates are best within 2–3 weeks. Fresh items (e.g., strawberries) should be enjoyed the day of pickup.

Can I refrigerate or freeze?

  • If needed, refrigerate in an airtight container; bring to room temp before opening to reduce condensation. Freezing can affect texture—ask us for item-specific tips.

Payment, Pricing & Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Cash and major credit/debit cards. (If you need an invoice for a corporate order, let us know.)

Do you have a price list?

  • Yes—see our Menu & Price Guide for “starting at” pricing. Custom/bulk work is quoted based on size, flavors, packaging, and timeline.

What is your return/refund policy?

  • Food items are final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Do you sell gift cards?

  • Yes—ask in shop or by phone.
