How do I place an order?

- For now we use quick forms and phone/email to confirm details—easier for custom and seasonal items.
How far in advance should I order?
- For most custom projects, plan on 5–10 business days. Large or highly branded orders may need more time. Need it sooner? Ask—we’ll try to help.
Do you accept rush orders?
- Often, yes. Availability depends on the calendar and the complexity—call us and we’ll check.
Can I reserve holiday items?
- Yes, holiday pages will show pre-order windows and cutoff dates (December weekends fill fast).
Pickup or delivery?
- Pickup at 53 Main Street is standard. Limited local delivery may be possible for larger/bulk or corporate orders – please inquire.

- Upload PNG/JPG; vector (SVG/AI/PDF) is best for crisp branding. We’ll match ribbon/label colors as closely as possible.

Do you do wedding, shower, or milestone favors?
- Yes—popular choices include logo coins/bars, mini boxes, and coordinated ribbons/tags.

What kind of chocolate do you use?
- Premium European-style chocolate—smooth and creamy—in milk, dark, and white varieties.
Do you have nut-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free options?
- We make items that do not include nuts/gluten/dairy; however, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Cross-contact is possible. If you have severe allergies, please call us before ordering.
Are your products kosher/halal/vegan?
- We are not currently certified. Some items may align with certain preferences; ask us and we’ll advise.
Do you make chocolate-covered strawberries and caramel apples?
- Yes—these are fresh, short-shelf-life items and typically by pre-order. Availability varies by season and weather.

How should I store my chocolates?
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odors (ideally 60–70°F). Avoid the fridge unless necessary; condensation can cause sugar bloom.
How long will they stay fresh?
- Most boxed chocolates are best within 2–3 weeks. Fresh items (e.g., strawberries) should be enjoyed the day of pickup.
Can I refrigerate or freeze?
- If needed, refrigerate in an airtight container; bring to room temp before opening to reduce condensation. Freezing can affect texture—ask us for item-specific tips.
